Roles & Responsibilities The ProductionEngineer oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, on time, and within quality standards.
Lead, supervise, and develop production staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet customer demand. Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase efficiency. Target Company All manufacturing, Sheet metals, Fabrication & Welding
This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, optimize workflows, and coordinate with other departments to meet business goals. Plan, organize, and control production activities to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
