• Experience in long-form YouTube / documentary / storytelling content
• Strong research and fact-checking skills
• Ability to think in stories, not summaries
• Clear, confident writing in Hindi/Hinglish
• Understanding of YouTube audience psychology and retention
• Background in journalism, filmmaking, or documentary writing
• Familiarity with business, history, or investigative content
