You will be joining an India-based offshoring company that specializes in providing offshoring services in consulting, knowledge process services, and business development specifically in the logistics industry. Your role as a Sales Support Specialist will be crucial in maintaining smooth operations within the brokerage team. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting customer orders, assisting the brokerage team, monitoring performance indicators, managing sales tracking tools, and suggesting process improvements to enhance customer service and sales efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant issues - Offer data and guidance to support the Brokerage team - Develop and monitor performance indicators, including checking insurance for carriers and shippers - Manage sales tracking tools, reporting on essential information, and keeping records of data - Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure exceptional customer service - Suggest improvements to sales processes **Qualifications Required:** - Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel - Deep understanding of sales principles and customer service practices - Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills - Strong teamwork and motivational abilities - A degree in Marketing or a relevant field is a plus Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
