Logistics Operation Manger

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Gratitude India Manpower Consultants Pvt. Ltd., located in the IT Service & Consulting industry. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in logistics operations and management, with a strong background in managing supply chains and logistics operations.

• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate prices and terms.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise and guide logistics staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and training.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics operations.

• Proven experience in logistics operations management with a minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with logistics software and technology is an advantage.
