Job Description

Company:

Astral Limited is looking for a

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch & Logistics Management:

Supervise

truck loading & unloading

operations.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods to customers or warehouses.
Monitor and manage vehicle scheduling to optimize dispatch efficiency.

Billing & Documentation:

Handle

billing and invoicing

for outgoing shipments using SAP.
Maintain accurate records for inward and outward stock movement.
Ensure all dispatch documentation, including delivery challans, invoices, and GRNs, are correctly processed.

Inventory & SAP Management:

Update

SAP

for all

inward/outward stock transactions.
Conduct regular stock reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with the

warehouse & production teams

to ensure smooth dispatch flow.

Compliance & Coordination:

Ensure adherence to

company dispatch policies and government regulations.
Work closely with

transporters, suppliers, and internal teams

for seamless dispatch operations.
Monitor the condition of goods during loading and unloading to prevent damage.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Expertise in SAP (mandatory)

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma
