Logistics Officer

The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong Export/Import knowledge, including expertise in documentation, COO Customs law Knowledge, and benefits like DBk/RoDTEP/Rebate. You will be responsible for proper tracking and correlating each export invoice with necessary details. Your duties will also involve keeping track of documents both pre and post-export, including activities such as LEO submissions, board confirmation, and vessel scheduling. As part of your role, you will need to assess and recommend the most suitable shipping methods, routing, or carriers to meet specific parameters, specifications, and cost requirements. It will be essential to develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers while effectively communicating and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the logistics process. You will also be tasked with creating and enforcing policies and practices related to logistics activities, focusing on effectiveness, sustainability, and efficiency. This will require a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations and adherence to best practices in the field.
