Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Inventory Management :

Oversee & guide team on Receive, inspect, and verify materials against POs and delivery notes; store with clear labeling.
Maintain accurate inventory in SAP/HANA. Perform cycle counts and physical audits.
Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishments; track material movements.

Warehouse & Store Operations

Supervise daily warehouse activities; enforce safe, efficient material handling.
Keep a clean, organized, secure warehouse; implement policies and procedures.

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with team and logistics partners for on-time delivery and dispatch.
Track shipments, resolve issues, and optimize routes for cost-efficiency.
Produce regular inventory reports and updates on stock, movements, and performance.

Team Leadership

Train and mentor staff; provide performance feedback.
Ensure policy and safety compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 10-15 years of overall work experience.
Bachelor's / masters degree in any discipline.
Additional certification / Diploma on Supply Chain is preferred.
