Logistics Manager E-Commerce

Role Overview: As a part of The Souled Store team, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce logistics operations. Your role will involve optimizing order fulfillment timelines, order load allocation, and per-order logistics costs. You will need to identify and partner with the right logistic carriers for transportation, negotiate rates and contracts, and stay updated on shipping carriers, routes, rates, and any changes to them. Additionally, you will review and analyze budgets, expenditures, and operations related to order fulfillment. Developing and implementing standard operating processes to scale and improve operations will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to identify and automate all shipping processes, documentation, and reporting. Furthermore, you will review processes through the customer feedback mechanism and provide feedback and suggestions to modify them to enhance the customer experience. Ensuring that all operations adhere to laws and guidelines set out by competent authorities will also be crucial in your role.
