Job Description

As a US Logistics Coordinator or Freight Broker for the US/Canada based logistics process, your role involves generating leads, attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline of shippers. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers to ensure the highest quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes. - Providing customers with shipping quotes. - Assisting in preparing carriers for loads. - Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs. - Maintaining communication with customers and carriers on transit times, appointment times, and current locations of trucks in transit. Verifying when deliveries were made. - Maintaining current knowledge of US freight carrier services and being effective in attracting new customers and ensuring customer retention. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience as a Freight Broker for at least 1 year (Preferred). - Knowledge of Power DAT and Truck Stop. - Detail-oriented, goal-driven, outgoing, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, permanent position located in person. Ability to commute or relocate to Himachal Pradesh, Mohali, Punjab is required before starting work.,
