You will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations in the US / Canada region for a logistics process. As a US Logistics Coordinator or Freight Broker, you should possess experience and motivation in this field. Your role will involve being outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and having excellent communication skills. Your primary tasks will include generating leads, attracting new prospects, and building a sales pipeline of shippers. You will also need to identify reputable and safe carriers to ensure high-quality service for accounts and their shipping lanes. Providing shipping quotes to customers and preparing carriers for loads will be part of your responsibilities. Proficiency in using POWER DAT and TRUCK STOP is required for this role. Additionally, you will collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to manage scheduled collections and drop-offs. Maintaining communication with customers and carriers regarding transit times, appointment times, and truck locations is essential. You will also need to stay updated on US freight carrier services to attract new customers and ensure customer retention. This is a full-time, permanent position with an evening, night, and US shift schedule. Performance bonuses and yearly bonuses may be provided based on your performance. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in freight brokerage. The work location for this role will be in person.,
