Job Description

Logistics Finance Analyst

Responsible for monthly forecasting activities related to supplychain cost:

1) Material Cost Forecasting considering the Demand volumes,BOM Finalisation, Plotting RPM/BIP Prices & Calculating CoC Impacts incorporating Country adjustments covering Product Logic savings, FX impact,Out of Bom Adj. 2) Make Cost Forecasting- Forecast Plant wise Production cost workings & CPT basis on Country inputs & incorporating adjustments like Capex FC, Dep FC, Oneoff's Make cost adj. 3) Logistic Cost Forecasting- Transportation cost, Warehouse, Business Waste & Supply chain indirects calculation basis on country inputs. 4) Prepare the Forecast cost in Hyperion Template & Upload them in to the forecast tool 5) Net Material Impact Calculation & Gross Margin Varaince Calculation basis on submitted Forecast Cost in the Hyperion Tool
Responsible for ensuring an error free process with 100% accuracy & TAT.
Responsible for providing oversight and ensure accuracy of all process outputs (Reports) and adherence to agreed quality metrics.
Updation of DTP regularly
Ensuring 100% of Controls related to Make activities are followed without miss as per RACI
Responsible for calculating and processing non-judgemental journal entries
Responsible for preparing low complexity reports and preparation of non-judgemental inputs for complex reports (SU cost reports and FA)
Responsible for timely communication on issues, risk and status update Continues improvements for the process
Updation of DTP regularly

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Financial background
Analytical work experience, working with data, data analysis
Good MS Excel Skills
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
Motivation
Result driven and ownership mindset
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively as a member of a team
Agility and ability to adjust quickly to the changes
