As a Logistics Export Import Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the complete export and import logistics cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the complete export and import logistics cycle to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries. - Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, CHA, and transport partners. - Overseeing documentation including invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, COO, insurance, and any regulatory requirements. - Monitoring and tracking shipments, resolving delays, and providing regular status updates to internal teams. - Planning and executing warehouse operations, dispatch schedules, and inventory flow. - Negotiating rates with logistics partners and maintaining strong vendor relationships. - Ensuring compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies. - Conducting periodic vendor visits, site checks, and factory follow-ups as required. - Maintaining logistics reports, cost analysis, and performance metrics. - Collaborating with sourcing, sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure smooth order execution. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in export-import logistics, shipping, or supply chain operations. - Strong knowledge of customs processes, HS codes, and international shipping documentation. - Excellent coordination, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously. - Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management tools. - Openness to travel for vendor visits, port operations, inspections, and logistics supervision. - Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
