Logistics Executive

As a Logistics Executive at Steeloncall, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement of goods, manage inventory effectively, and optimize the supply chain process. Your responsibilities will include planning and monitoring inbound and outbound logistics, optimizing transportation routes, managing warehouse operations, and coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with regulations. You will be expected to work closely with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers, negotiate contracts, address customer inquiries, and resolve shipment or delivery issues. Additionally, you will oversee inventory and warehouse management, implement inventory control measures, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations. Analyzing logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing cost-saving measures, and preparing reports on logistics performance will be key aspects of your role. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Visakhapatnam with a salary ranging from 18,000 to 25,000 per month, along with benefits including PF and incentives.
