Job Opportunity: Logistics Executive/ Coordinator
Jetspeed Freight Forwarders is seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Logistics Executives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Fluent in English
Preferred:
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field
Job Profile:
- As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient communications are used effectively.
- Utilizing logistics, IT to optimize shipping and transport procedures
* Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
* Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
* Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
* Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Schedule
Night shift : 6PM- 3AM
: 7PM- 4AM
depends on daylight savings in Canada.
