Logistics Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and bulk shipment operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of order fulfillment, optimize logistics processes, and work closely with courier partners, warehouses, and internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations for D2C and bulk shipments.
• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and warehouses to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor and track shipments to minimize delays and resolve any delivery issues.
• Manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and related paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations for shipments.
• Analyze logistics costs, optimize routes, and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Handle customer queries related to order status, delivery timelines, and shipment concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, warehouse, operations) for smooth execution of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery timelines, and logistics performance.
• Support in vendor management and negotiation to reduce freight costs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in D2C/e-commerce and bulk shipments.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, courier coordination, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management tools/software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
• Knowledge of 3PL operations and bulk distribution.
• Analytical skills to monitor KPIs and suggest improvements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
