The Role

We’re looking for a Logistics Executive to join our team in Gurugram. If you enjoy coordinating, organizing, and making sure things fall into place — from purchase orders to client deliveries — this role puts you at the heart of our operations.

What You’ll Do

• Work with vendors to get quotations and ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare and track purchase orders for our stores and installation teams.
• Keep a close eye on warehouse operations and inventory records.
• Plan logistics for new installations and make sure schedules run smoothly.
• Track Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), send renewal reminders, and keep asset records up to date.
• Step in to support service breakdowns and ensure clients get quick resolutions.
• Be the point of contact for clients on deliveries and follow-ups.
• Support team logistics → arranging meetings, helping with inductions, and keeping documentation digital and organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or operations (infrastructure/elevator industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office; ERP or CRM exposure is a plus.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator who works well across teams.
