Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow
Handle documentation for imports and exports (Bill of Entry, Shipping Bills, Delivery Orders, etc.)
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters, and warehouse service providers
Track and monitor shipments and proactively address delays or issues
Ensure compliance with all local and international logistics regulations (GST, E-Way Bills, Incoterms, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Project, Finance) to align logistics with business needs
Maintain accurate records of shipping and inventory logs
Monitor costs and recommend improvements for cost-effective logistics operations
Assist in vendor evaluation and performance tracking
Support audits and submit logistics-related MIS reports as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience in logistics operations
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, shipping documentation and customs clearance
Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics software/tools
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under tight timelines and multitask
Knowledge of GCC logistics norms is a plus
