Profile- Logistic Executive

Job Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad

Experience: 3-5 years

Education: B.com or relevant

Must have experience in manufacturing industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Send dispatch plan to all plants in north.

2. Dispatch details to customer & sales department.

3. Dispatch tracking MIS and took customer acknowledgement.

4. Intimate to sales department for estimate time of delivery.

5. All clerical work as assigned by senior.

6. Arrange transporter invoice timely and submit to account department after proper checking of Rate, Weight, proper supporting i.e. contract rate.

7. Maintain record for all group of company i.e. which invoice pending for previous month.

8. Monthly MIS report of freight outward of Group of company of calculate per kg cost.

9. Follow up to make agreement with transporters of APL group of company defined to calculate.

10. Good in supply chain management.

11. Other Work as assigned by seniors.

Requirements and skills

1. Manage the logistics operations and coordinate transportation activities.

2. Monitor the movement of goods and ensure they are delivered on time.

3. Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers, carriers and customers.

4. Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse.

5. Develop and implement strategies for the efficient distribution of goods.

6. Monitor and optimize the supply chain process.

7. Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.

8. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

9. Oversee the loading and unloading of goods.

10.Good in Excel
