Logistics Coordinator

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting logistics operations for US-based clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling inbound and outbound calls related to logistics operations - Coordinating with US-based clients and vendors for timely deliveries - Updating shipment status and resolving queries efficiently - Maintaining accurate documentation and following standard procedures To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an international voice process - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Willingness to work night shifts - Familiarity with logistics or supply chain processes is a plus The company offers full-time, permanent job types for both experienced professionals and freshers.
