Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager, your role involves focusing on specific trade lane development or product vertical. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and meeting customers who have business from respective trade lanes or product verticals to onboard them. Additionally, you will update customer details in CRM as part of the sales process. Collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAM) or Subject Matter Experts (SME) is required if they have customers with business outside the assigned trade lanes or product verticals to facilitate closure. You will also ensure that commercials are clearly agreed upon and accepted by customers, uploading Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the e-room. Key Responsibilities: - Planning, preparing, and meeting customers who have business from respective trade lanes or product verticals to onboard them - Updating customer details in CRM as part of the sales process - Collaborating with Key Account Managers (KAM) or Subject Matter Experts (SME) if they have customers with business outside the assigned trade lanes or product verticals to facilitate closure - Ensuring that commercials are clearly agreed upon and accepted by customers and uploading Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the e-room Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably with an MBA in Marketing or International Trade - 8 to 9 years of experience in a similar industry, preferably from Express, Transportation, or Courier sectors - Computer literate with basic communication skills in the local language - Basic product knowledge including Air Import, Air Export, Ocean Import, Ocean Export, and Custom Clearance - Sales skills with an outgoing and positive attitude - Aggressiveness in serving clients with patience and persistence,
