Key Role:
Total Execution of import operations of the organization and related logistical arrangements including multiple warehouse and Transport management.
Responsibilities:
1) Monitoring/Tracking Shipments.2) Filling of Checklist3) Preparing DSR Reports4) Preparing cost sheets5) Preparing High Sea Sales Documents.6) Preparing E-waybill7) Co-ordination with clearance team, logistics team and warehouse team.8) Co-ordination with shipping lines9) Providing regular updates for status of shipments to customers.10) Checking import documents.11) Arrange transportation /logistics12) Managing multiple warehouses13) Plan and implement all import transportation strategies14) Complete order entry/management on internal software15) Planning and execution of dispatch and ensure on-time deliveries.16) Sending dispatch details to customers17) To ensure seamless clearance and transportation of cargo from start to end.
