Logistics Assistant

As a Logistics Assistant at Thomas Baker Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. located in Ambernath, Maharashtra, you will be responsible for managing dispatch coordination, documentation, and communication with the bhiwandi warehouses at the Ambernath facility. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations. Your key responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound logistics activities, coordinating with transporters and internal departments for dispatch planning, preparing and maintaining dispatch-related documents such as delivery challans, invoices, and E-way bills, tracking shipments to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining dispatch registers and stock movement records, liaising with warehouse staff for loading/unloading and stock verification, generating and updating dispatch reports in Excel, supporting compliance with transport and safety regulations, coordinating for export logistics if applicable, managing vehicle's (goods carrier) daily planning, and coordinating with driver/cleaner for timely movement to avoid gaps in transit. To qualify for this position, you should be a minimum of 12th pass (graduate preferred) with 12 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or warehouse operations. You should have a working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and E-way bill generation, along with good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills. Experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector is considered an added advantage. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and team players. This is a full-time on-site position with working days from Monday to Saturday. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 18,000.
