Logistics Assistant

Position Summary:

• We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals for the position of Logistics Assistant! As a logistics assistant you will support supply chain operations by managing shipments, maintaining inventory, and providing administrative assistance to ensure efficient logistics processes. Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical assistance to logistics managers, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing records.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation such as invoices and packing lists.
• Maintain inventory records, assist with stock management, and conduct regular cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
• Work with suppliers and transportation providers to schedule deliveries and negotiate shipping costs.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
• Support daily operational activities
• Manage vendor relationships.
• Email, chat & call clients, vendors, suppliers.
• Use applications like Porter, Blue Dart etc.

Education:

• Bachelor's / Ongoing degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• ⁠Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Lodha Supremus, Kolshet Road, Thane(W)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,390.84 - ₹27,834.04 per month
