Create sales orders and prepare invoices Coordinate with customers for order confirmation Check stock availability and process dispatch entries Follow up with transporters on material movement Call customers after dispatch to confirm delivery status If required, travel on a company three-wheeler/auto to deliver materials or drop goods at transporter godown Basic knowledge of invoicing in Zoho Ability to ride a two-wheeler / three-wheeler with Driving license, if required on some days in a month Good communication in Tamil Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Billing software) Must be responsible and punctual Timings - 10:30 to 6:45Pm- Monday to Saturday Make 30–40 calls per day Follow up for pending payments Collect new orders from existing customers Call potential new customers for business development
