As a Stock and Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and accurately recording all incoming and outgoing stock. Your key tasks will include generating and maintaining daily reports on dispatched goods and delivery details. It will be essential to organize transportation efficiently to ensure dispatch as per customer requirements. Additionally, you will be required to perform necessary tasks outside the office, such as vendor visits, bank work, and coordination. A crucial aspect of the role will involve liaising with vendors for procurement, services, and performance evaluation. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper packaging and labeling of goods according to customer specifications. This is a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule.
