Job Description

Logistics Executive / Customer Relationship Executive or Manager

Location - Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

Order processing: Order punching (E.M.R. / ERP) to shipment
Order tracking and delivery coordination.
Ensure timely communication with customers via email, phone, and direct interaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, CAD, Model Making, QC, Logistics, and Certification) to ensure on-time delivery and service quality.
Prepare reports
Maintain CRM software / databases for tracking leads, orders, and customer interactions.
