Shree Additives Pharma & Food Pvt Ltd is hiring for, Position: - Logistic cum Customer Support Executive Location: - Santej, Gujarat Department: - Logistics/ Customer Support Experience: - 2 to 3 years in logistics Education :- Bachelor's degree Key Responsibilities:- Logistics Operations:- Coordinate dispatches from warehouse/factory to customers as per schedule. Plan and monitor shipments (inbound & outbound) and ensure timely deliveries. Closely work with transporters for vehicle arrangement and track shipments until delivery. Maintain and update dispatch records, GRNs, and logistics reports. Manage documentation like invoices, E-way bills, E-Invoice and delivery notes. Coordinate with production and sales teams for order execution. Maintain inventory levels and manage stock control. Address and resolve shipment and delivery issues. Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements. Customer Support:- Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries regarding orders, dispatches, and complaints. Provide timely updates to customers on order status and delivery timelines. Handle customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
