Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned location. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and customer base. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas. Branch Operations: Ensure efficient and effective operations of all branches within the location. Monitor branch performance and identify areas for improvement. Implement and enforce bank policies and procedures. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Promote customer loyalty and satisfaction. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of branch managers and other staff members. Provide training and development opportunities to team members. Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
