Skills: *Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage large teams. *Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns, especially for bulk and campus hiring. *Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. *Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for overseeing multiple projects at once. *Ability to travel regularly across locations as required.
