Manager & Manager to oversee the operations, recruitment, and strategic growth of our Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad branches. *Key Requirements:* Experience: *Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, campus hiring, and team management. *Proven experience in managing branch operations, territory expansion, and multi-location recruitment efforts. *Prior experience in building and maintaining talent databases and leveraging technology for recruitment and data management. *Strong understanding of territory dynamics, market trends, and competitor analysis. *Skills:* *Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage large teams. *Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns, especially for bulk and campus hiring. *Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. *Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for overseeing multiple projects at once. *Ability to travel regularly across locations as required. CandidatesKey Responsibilities: FNF & Payroll Support (Major Focus Area) Assist in Full & Final (FNF) settlements , ensuring accurate calculations and smooth processing. Coordinate with finance and payroll teams for clearances, exit formalities, and final dues . Maintain proper documentation for FNF settlements and compliance. Help ensure timely processing of gratuity, provident fund (PF), and other statutory benefits . Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals . Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Support the onboarding process , including documentation and induction programs. Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and department heads for interview scheduling . Employee Engagement & Relations Organize employee engagement activities and events . Address basic employee queries and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies. or Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Coordination Connect with department heads, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to gather availability and align schedules. Interview & Meeting Scheduling Arrange and confirm interviews, HR discussions, and meetings , ensuring smooth execution. Communication & Information Sharing Act as a point of contact for sharing important HR-related details, follow-ups, and documentation. HR Support Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records as needed. you will be getting responsibilities as per your Interview and Selections.
