Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organised recruitment officer to join our team. As the recruitment officer, you will be responsible for managing our company's recruitment process, from posting job openings to interviewing candidates and facilitating the hiring process. Roles & Responsibilities Hiring from market as per requirement/ open indents. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews, and negotiating salaries. Communicate regularly with hiring managers to discuss recruitment needs and strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and statistics. Creating the pipeline for hiring the candidates like tie up with NGOs and Campus or other institutes.
