Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant. Manager & Manager to oversee the operations, recruitment, and strategic growth of our Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai, and Hyderabad branches. *Key Requirements:* Experience: *Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, campus hiring, and team management. *Proven experience in managing branch operations, territory expansion, and multi-location recruitment efforts. *Prior experience in building and maintaining talent databases and leveraging technology for recruitment and data management. *Strong understanding of territory dynamics, market trends, and competitor analysis. *Skills:* *Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage large teams. *Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale recruitment campaigns, especially for bulk and campus hiring. *Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. *Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for overseeing multiple projects at once. *Ability to travel regularly across locations as required.
