Key Responsibilities
Loan Application Management: Process loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring all required documents are accurately collected, verified, and submitted.Compliance: Ensure all applications comply with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Coordination: Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and expedite the loan process.Document Review: Review and analyze financial documents, including income, credit reports, and bank statements, to assess eligibility.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of loan applications in the CRM system and update statuses regularly.Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring clients are informed throughout the loan process.Reporting: Generate and share periodic reports on loan processing performance and bottlenecks.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 1-3 years in loan processingTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and loan processingplatforms.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documentation.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues in loan processing.
