Key Responsibilities Loan Application Management: Process loan applications from submission to settlement, ensuring all required documents are accurately collected, verified, and submitted. Compliance: Ensure all applications comply with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Coordination: Liaise with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and expedite the loan process. Document Review: Review and analyze financial documents, including income, credit reports, and bank statements, to assess eligibility. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of loan applications in the CRM system and update statuses regularly. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring clients are informed throughout the loan process. Reporting: Generate and share periodic reports on loan processing performance and bottlenecks. Qualifications and Skills Experience: 1-3 years in loan processing Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and loan processing platforms. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and documentation. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues in loan processing.
