**Salary:** Up to ₹3.5 LPA + incentives

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the housing finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong home loan/LAP/Mortgage loan sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HL/LAP needs.

- Promote and sell HL/LAP products to potential customers.

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 6 months of experience in housing finance sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license.

**Skills:**

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Area Knowledge

- Strong problem-solving abilities.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

* Candidates experienced in Home Loan or Loan Against Property only needs to apply.
