Loan Sales Executive

We are looking for Sales Executive with 2-3 years experience in DSA sales like Home Loan, Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Generation: Source new business, meet clients (often in the field), promote loan products (home, personal, business), and achieve sales targets.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs, offer tailored loan solutions, explain terms, and provide ongoing support.
• Application Management: Guide clients through documentation, verify details, process applications, and coordinate with internal teams for approval/disbursement.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong ties with clients, real estate agents, and developers for repeat business and referrals.
• Market & Compliance: Stay updated on loan products, market trends, and regulations; ensure all activities comply with policies.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics for management.
• Manage timely turn-around of individual case files.
• Visiting sources for generating loan business.
• Sourcing monthly loan cases from open market & meeting monthly business target.

Skills Required

Graduate or Postgraduate in any field

1-3years’ experience with a DSA / Aggregator is preferred

High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently

Ability to manage complex client situations

Banking professionals with strong understanding of Loan operations are also

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
