Loan Recovery Agent

As a Loan Recovery Agent / Collection Executive at Naimly Enterprise, your role involves handling field loan recovery for consumer durable and personal loans. You will be responsible for visiting customers for loan/EMI collections in the assigned area, updating daily collection reports, and maintaining professional communication with customers. Additionally, you will coordinate with the back-office team for settlement and closure cases while handling recovery cases ethically and as per company policy. Key Responsibilities: - Visit customers for loan/EMI collections as per assigned area. - Update daily collection reports and submit to the team leader. - Maintain professional communication with customers. - Coordinate with the back-office team for settlement and closure cases. - Handle recovery cases ethically and as per company policy.
