Loan Recovery Agent

Naimly Enterprise is hiring motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Loan Recovery Agent / Collection Executive. The role involves handling field loan recovery for consumer durable and personal loans, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining professional client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for loan/EMI collections as per assigned area.
• Follow up with clients field visits for overdue payments.
• Update daily collection reports and submit to the team leader.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for settlement and closure cases.
• Handle recovery cases ethically and as per company policy.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
✅ Bike & Smartphone must
✅ Freshers and experienced both can apply
✅ Good communication & convincing skills✅ Basic knowledge of local area routes (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
