Job Description

• Collect, verify, and process client documents for various types of loans (Home Loan, LAP, OD/CC, Project Loans, etc.) • Coordinate with bank officials and relationship managers to ensure timely file pickup and processing • Maintain and update client files digitally and physically • Ensure all documentation complies with bank/NBFC guidelines and regulatory norms • Follow up with clients for pending documents or clarifications • Maintain daily MIS/reporting of file status, disbursal stage, and TAT • Assist the sales team with backend support for file login and processing • Liaise with credit teams for queries and underwriting communication.
