Loan Processing - Operations Analyst

As a member of the dynamic team supporting JPMorgan Private Banking's mortgage origination business, you will be part of a collaborative environment focused on precision and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Review assigned mortgage and HELOC files for completeness - Coordinate with Underwriting, Rate Lock, Closing, and Quality teams - Ensure all financial documents are received and validated - Obtain required third-party and vendor information - Remediate quality control findings promptly - Submit files for closing in compliance with regulations - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues - Escalate complex issues to management as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Achieve daily production targets and turnaround times - Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities Qualifications Required: - Hold a Bachelor's degree - Minimum 2 years of experience in US mortgage loan originations - Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills - Apply expertise in mortgage concepts and US mortgage regulations - Analyze documents such as Title, Insurance, and Appraisal - Manage production, work allocation, and exception handling - Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently,
