Job Description

As a Loan Executive based in Vijay Nagar, Indore, your primary responsibility will be to source new leads from the open market and establish relationships with potential clients. With a required 6 months experience in any finance company, you should be prepared for both B2B and B2C roles. It is essential to have your own bike for this role. Your daily tasks will include meeting new clients, convincing them, and converting leads into business. You will be expected to collect necessary documents, prepare client files, and share converted leads with the operations team. Meeting monthly business targets and conducting daily follow-ups will be crucial aspects of your role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The compensation package ranges from 15k to 25k and includes benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and yearly bonuses based on your achievements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, personal loan/business loan, and home loan. The job location is Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and requires in-person work.,
