Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Card Sales Executive to promote and sell credit cards to potential customers. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively approach potential customers to explain the features and benefits of various credit cards.

Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.

Ensure completion of application forms and documentation for card processing.

Follow up with banks and customers for smooth card issuance.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain updated knowledge of all products and services offered.

Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.

Prior experience in sales/field work preferred, but not mandatory.

Willingness to work in outdoor/field sales.
