Job Title: Personal Loan Telesales Executive Job Location: E-53/54 Sector-3 Noida Job Type: Full-time Reports To: Team Leader Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Personal Loan Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone, explaining our personal loan products, answering inquiries, and closing sales to meet monthly targets. Key Responsibilities: • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided or self-generated. • Product Promotion: Explain the features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various personal loan products, ensuring clear and accurate communication. • Customer Needs Analysis: Assess customer needs, financial situations, and suitability for the loan products. • Lead Conversion: Persuasively convert leads into successful loan applications by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge. • Follow-ups: Follow up with customers who have shown interest in personal loan products, providing any additional information required to close sales. • Documentation: Assist customers in completing loan applications, ensuring all required documents are submitted and processed correctly. • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals. • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system. • Customer Service: Address customer concerns, queries, and issues related to the loan process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Market Research: Stay informed on current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively present the company’s loan products.
