Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Counselor based in Mumbai. The Loan Counselor will assist clients in assessing their financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, explaining loan options, maintaining client relationships, providing customer service, and working collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Servicing and a strong understanding of loan products and processes
• Knowledge of Loans and Finance to guide customers effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
