Loan Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Consultant to assist clients in finding and securing loan solutions that best fit their financial needs. The ideal candidate will guide borrowers through the lending process, from initial consultation to loan closure, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate loan products. Collect and review financial documents such as credit reports, income statements, and tax returns. Assist clients with loan applications and explain terms, interest rates, repayment options, and other related information. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulations. Collaborate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Follow up with clients to gather additional documentation or provide status updates. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all loan-related documentation. Meet or exceed sales and service goals set by management.
