Role: Live Chat Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle live chat and call inquiries from prospective clients.
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns via digital, email, and social media platforms.
• Support the sales team by managing leads and tracking performance metrics.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
• Maintain internal databases and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• Freshers only

  (no prior experience required)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure
• Fast learner with attention to detail
• Comfortable with office-based, full-time work in Kolkata
