Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Team Leader to manage our academic content writing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic writing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality content delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of academic writersAssign and manage writing tasks to meet deadlinesReview and edit content for quality, accuracy, and academic integrityProvide feedback and training to team membersCoordinate with the QC and client servicing teamsEnsure compliance with formatting and referencing guidelines (APA, MLA, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in academic writing1+ year of team leadership or coordination experienceStrong command of English (written and verbal)Familiarity with various academic writing formats and stylesWork From Office *Office Location-> Kolkata,Salt Lake Sec V*Salary negotiable based upon experience and last ctc.*Please do not apply if you don't have experience as team leader in academi ccontent writing field
