Roles and Responsibilities Handling all kinds of Litigation matters in Delhi NCR (Delhi, Gurugram and Noida). Appearing in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLAT, DRT, RERA, Subordinate Courts etc Appearing in Arbitration Matters. Managing Pan India Litigation. Coordinating with local counsel. Drafting of all kinds of Pleadings, Petitions, Appeals, Counters, Applications etc, Drafting Legal Notice and Assist in invoking the provisions under SARFAEST Act in time. Review and provide legal advice on MOUs, Contracts, JDA, Sale Deeds, GPA, Stamps and Registrations. Research on Case Laws and Case studies. Desired Candidate Profile We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Lawyers to join our dynamic legal team, based out of Gurugram . Candidates from Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram will only be considered. The ideal candidate(s) needs to have strong experience in handling civil, criminal, and commercial litigation matters. The candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in court, and managing litigation strategies from initiation to resolution. While we need candidates with some experience, we can consider Freshers. The Candidates should have excellent Internet and communication skills. Ability to write and speak good and correct English is essential. Knowledge of the internet, Word and Excel is a must. The candidates should have excellent skills to do legal research and draft legal petitions and pleadings. The Candidates should be team players and have the ability to support the firm in all its work. Candidates willing to join immediately would be preferred. Salary will be commensurate with experience, skills and knowledge. Selected Candidates would have a three months probation. Key Skills: Litigation Expertise: Extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of litigation processes. Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze case law. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting pleadings and effective courtroom representation. Client Management: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and manage relationships professionally. Negotiation & Dispute Resolution: Ability to handle negotiations and settlements to resolve disputes effectively. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in legal drafting and reviewing documents. Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling high-profile or complex cases. Familiarity with arbitration and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Knowledge of corporate or commercial litigation. Education: The minimum qualification required is LLB.
