Liquidity Middle Office - CALM - Analyst

Role Overview: As a Liquidity Middle Office - CALM Analyst within the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) Middle Office team, you will play a crucial role in the processing and oversight of CALM products. Your responsibilities will involve contributing to the development and expansion of the platform's reach while ensuring a high level of service delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide ad-hoc support for Audit queries, Projects, New product onboardings, and UAT support for Technology changes - Manage metrics for the CALM Business for Client reporting, Business analytics, and general capacity for the MO team - Oversee onboardings for clients, MMF Funds, and Fund Providers to the product suite, including coordination with support teams, application setups, and end-to-end lifecycle tracking for accuracy, timelines, and completeness - Conduct monthly reconciliation of Revenue share reporting for Billing and Finance - Uphold controls and adhere to procedures to minimize risk to Clients and Liquidity Business Qualifications Required: - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients - Analytical and resourceful/strategic thinker - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - Undergraduate degree or previous work experience Please note that there are no additional details about the company included in the job description.,
