Linux & Windows System Administrator (1–3 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and skilled System Administrator with 1–3 years of experience managing Linux and Windows environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups.
• Assist in automation, scripting, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with developers, IT, and support teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and remote sessions to deliver technical support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support issues, resolutions, and system updates.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, or similar) and Windows Server administration.
• Strong understanding of system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and security practices.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, firewalls).
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English(written and spoken).
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client interactions professionally.
