Job Description

Hiring: Senior Linux Server Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Linux servers with high availability and performance.
  • Administer

    cPanel/WHM

    and other hosting environments.
  • Develop and maintain Bash/Shell scripts for automation and operations.
  • Configure and troubleshoot core Linux services:

    DNS, Apache/Nginx, MySQL/MariaDB, Exim/Postfix

    , etc.
  • Monitor systems using tools like

    Nagios, Zabbix

    , and performance commands (

    top, iostat

    ).
  • Implement server hardening, firewall management (

    CSF/IPTables

    ), and malware scanning tools (

    ClamAV, Maldet

    ).
  • Handle SSL installations, email deliverability, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve server and service-level issues efficiently.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Linux server administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in

    cPanel/WHM

    .
  • Solid understanding of hosting environments and performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies and system monitoring.
  • Good communication skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
